The Works of the Scientist Galileo Galilei

Galileo was the first one to construct a telescope that could magnify up to thirty times and by using his invention, he was able to study the attributes of separate heavenly that made him one of the most important scientists to contribute a lot in the field of astronomy.

Galileo discovered many things using his telescope. He discovered the uneven surface of the moon. He discovered that the universe is made up of stars. He was the one who discovered the planet Jupiter's four moons, the planet Saturn's oval shape, and the planet Venus' phases. His discoveries were proof to retain the Copernican system. He was also the one who discovered the sunspots which are dark patches on the sun.

Telescope

In mechanics, Galileo originated the law of falling bodies and opposed that of Aristotle's principle which states that when two objects of separate masses are dropped from the same height at the same time, the one which is heavier will hit the ground first. For Galileo, falling bodies will have the same or uniform acceleration when it is influenced with gravity only. The speed of falling bodies also does not depend on its weight and size. When two objects are dropped from the same height and at the same time and one object hits the ground first, this is due to air resistance or resistance caused by the medium that the objects are falling through.

Galileo's law of falling bodies states that "The distance travelled by a falling body is directly proportional to the square of the time it took to travel." He is also connected with Newton's law of inertia when he stated that "A body that is inviting on a level surface will continue to move in the same direction with constant speed unless it is disturbed."

What is a Reiki Attunement?

The word attunement became a favorite way to refer to opening another's pathway to universal power nearby the 1980s. The dictionary meaning for attunement is being or bringing into harmony, or a feeling of being at one with an additional one being. Being in harmony with anything requires balance within and being in a state able to receive. Therefore, to be opened to the form of power ordinarily called Reiki you must be in a receiving mode, and no one can force Reiki on anyone.

Herbalists, forest rangers, farmers, and others have an attunement to nature. The earth and all of nature on land, in the water, and in the air has its own form of energy. anything drawn to a plant, animal, or bird for no logical reason, and is aware of that relationship knows that form of nature's energy.

Telescope

As we all know from our science classes, power can neither be created nor destroyed, but changes form; there are zillions of forms of energy. Your power is one form referred to as life force, qui, ki, prana, and many other words in various languages. The spiritual institution of Usui Reiki Ryoho uses one unique form of universal power differ net from life force energy, which is why you must be opened to that form of universal power by a excellent Reiki Shihan (teacher). While Mikao Usui's second awakening linked him directly to a excellent form of universal energy, throughout history dissimilar people have connected/used other forms of universal energy.

Each time you receive an initiation/empowerment/attunement from a Reiki Shihan (teacher) a shift happen es within your mind, body or spirit as your pathway to the universe opens a bit wider to allow more universal power to flow through you. To wholly open up to be one with the universe, which is beyond human comprehension, would take years of study, discipline, and practice. It took Mikao Usui years of conference knowledge of all kinds to reach even his first awakening. He did not join together to universal power until his second awakening after 3 years of disciplined Zen practice, days of deep meditation, and hours of unconsciousness.

As favorite a phrase as Reiki attunement has become, sometimes the knowledge that Usui Reiki Ryoho is a spiritual practices becomes lost. The attunement being only the starting is also sometimes among the missing. I first experienced Reiki in the 1980s, explored other power practices, met Reiki Masters and practitioners, and then in the late 1990s I linked with a gifted Canadian Usui Reiki Ryoho Shihan (teacher). I was fortunate in that he taught me the spiritual institution of Usui Reiki Ryoho is not complicated, but has a depth that requires time and advice to understand how to embrace the energy.

While I often say just the word "Reiki", I know "Reiki" alone does not necessarily characterize the spiritual institution that Mikao Usui founded in the early 1920s. Richard Rivard explained that Reiki Ryoho was used for all styles of hands-on medical in Japan up until sometime in the 1980s, which is why knowing a Reiki Shihan's (teacher's) lineage back to Mikao Usui is important. Mikao Usui's system is unique, even though various teachers have blended other practices into the style they teach.

There are no deep dark secrets to be revealed about Usui Reiki Ryoho, although as one excellent Reiki Shihan compared the community called Gakkai to the Free Masons in that no one beyond doubt knows what goes on because members do not discuss things face their accomplished doors. Even though anything face the Gakkai does not know all that Mikao Usui knew and did, the hours of advice from the right trainer can help you gain the comprehension to grow spiritually and improve all areas of life. medical is a by-product of Usui Reiki Ryoho; the form of power called Reiki balances and surrounds with harmony so that condition and happiness can happen.

Reading an interview Paul Mitchell, a Usui Shiki Ryoho trainer (a style of Usui Reiki Ryoho), gave in October 2003 I saw an accepted way of expressing how a trainer invites an additional one into the spiritual institution of Usui Reiki Ryoho. He said. "Initiation is the sacred ritual passed on from specialist to master, which allows Dr. Usui's gift to be available to us. It is spiritual transmission." I disagree with Dr. Placed in front of Mikao Usui's name and with the usage of master, but that does not take from the appreciation I have for the wisdom in Paul Mitchell's article of an attunement.

Mikao Usui never received a doctorate, instead he traveled a dissimilar path that left his footprints in the sand that no tides can wash away. He was a very inviting and insightful man, and deserving of the translation of Sensei, which is honorable teacher. Many people like me have spent years learning, continue to learn and grow, and are honored when we are chosen to be a person's teacher. You also might meet a man having completed various levels in Reiki that simply does not mention Reiki. In this century, it is not surprising to meet medical doctors and other professionals that have completed various levels in some style of Usui Reiki. Once you have been opened to universal power (attunement) and you have learned how to bench the logical mind and ego Reiki can flow into and improve all distinct in your life.

No style of Usui Reiki Ryoho is best then any other style and it is best if you join together with the Reiki Shihan (teacher) that feels right to you. I would not propose however, if you want to learn a spiritual practice, that you study 5239 Reiki. I would also not propose that your first choice of a Reiki trainer be Reiki Kushida. Then again, even though Reiki Kushida is a Japanese astronomer who co-discovered the asteroid 4875 Ingallis, discovered at least 14 supernovas in other galaxies, and who the asteroid 5239 Reiki is named after, she still might have studied with members of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai.

Even if Reiki Kushida did not study Usui Reiki Ryoho, she still may have mentally linked with a part of herself that was a very strong power when she was seeing through her telescope. There are various altered states of mind, which might be described as the same feeling as an attunement by man not having been linked to universal power by a excellent Reiki Shihan. With advice and institution you can touch many energies simply within yourself, which are not universal energy, and therefore not Reiki. The form of power called Reiki is dissimilar then any other form and a Reiki attunement cannot be described in terms of other forms of energy.

I have received what is ordinarily called attunements in dissimilar styles of Usui Reiki Ryoho. The vibrations of love and harmony of universal power are all the time the same, but the human through which it flows can convert the way the power feels, looks, and smells. Think of universal power as the pure water coming from a spring in an untouched natural forest. The water drunk from a paper cup will taste dissimilar then that from a glass or a tin cup, dissimilar again depending upon what other beverage was first in the cup or glass, and dissimilar depending upon how well the cup or glass was cleaned. It is the same with universal power flowing through body, mind, and spirit. Universal power that has not been altered has a very fine delicate feel that to some of us also comes with a delicate smell.

It is each person's choice what he or she wishes to study, but not all paths lead to the same destination. Words have many meanings and when translated from an additional one language that multiplies. Do you know the meaning of Japan? The kanji for Japan beyond doubt means, "The origin of the sun", or less literally, "Land of the Rising sun".

It's All About The Looks: The importance Of Well-Designed Banner Stands

Over the last few years, banner stands have become a widely used promotional tool around the world. A well designed stand can make a big variation in how much concentration a enterprise gets at an exhibition. Banners with poor invent will not get a second remarked from possible customers and will do nothing more than just blend into the background. Absorbing colorful banners with bold text that can be read in effect from a distance attract customers to a stall. A good finding banner sparks customer interest with optic messages and helps to spread the company's information.

Using banner stands to spread the message is economical also. Once designed, these banner stands can be used repeatedly, thus development them a very efficient form of advertising. The sizes can range from very large ones to be settled outdoors to as small as desired for the nooks in hallways. Some stands are very portable and easy to take from place to place. Styles of such banners range from uncomplicated particular panel stands to ones having changeable banners. It is even possible to have banners with double sides or those having Velcro receptive media. Irrespective of size or kind of banner used, they all serve the same function of attracting possible customers.

Telescope

When designing banner stands, it is foremost not to make them look like PowerPoint presentations. That's because banners are supposed to attract first and supply information second. Details and immoderate text should be left for brochures, while banners should be used to lure customers. Banners should be visually Absorbing if they are to get attention. The human eye, as a force of habit, will gravitate towards vivid graphics, as opposed to text. A good finding banner will combine both elements to accomplish the desired ensue of providing some of the most vital information blended with vibrant explicit pictures.

There are some types of stands - each with their own set of benefits. The retractable, or roll up, banner stands are the ones used very oftentimes at tradeshows and other places where a enterprise wants to attract attention. These types of stands come with the banner printed and installed and there is even a carrying case for the convenience of portability. The portable kinds are ready in two basic styles called telescopic and tension back. They can be folded to a very small size for easy transport. The telescopic stands can be stretched to varying heights depending on the need.

Then there are the stands known as the L and X banner stands, and these too are portable and come with their own cases. As the name indicates, the shape of the stand at the back corresponds to the letters. The X stands are the least high-priced of all display models because they are lightweight. They are composed of two hubs with flexible arms. The arms supply tension needed to hold the banner tightly in position.

Banner stands attract attention; well-designed banner stands attract even more.

Celestron 21063 AstroMaster 90 AZ Refractor Telescope Review

Celestron 21063 AstroMaster 90 AZ Refractor Telescope Feature

  • Model Number: 90AZ
  • Magnification: 50
  • Weight: 20 Pounds
  • Focal Ratio: 11.11

Celestron 21063 AstroMaster 90 AZ Refractor Telescope Overview

If you're looking for a great dual-purpose telescope appropriate for both terrestrial and celestial viewing, then the Celestron AstroMaster Series is for you. Each AstroMaster model is capable of giving image correct views of land and sky. With its time tested durability and high quality optics at an affordable price, the Celestron Astro Master makes a great first telescope! As a bonus, Celestron has included a nice selection of accessories for your new telescope with this purchase, which means you will be observing the same day you unpack the box. Accessories include two full-sized eyepieces, a Star Pointer finderscope for easy location of objects you wish to observe, and even software for your PC. "The Sky - Level 1" will let you study and print star charts from your computer screen... and that's just the beginning!

Celestron 21063 AstroMaster 90 AZ Refractor Telescope Specifications

Celestron’s Astromaster 90AZ refractor telescope is a good choice for anyone who wants a dual purpose telescope. With more than double the light gathering power of 60mm starter scopes, it’s a great introduction to astronomy and it can double as a long range spotting scope. Bigger and more impressive than it looks in pictures, the Astromaster 90AZ is an adult size telescope that stands nearly five feet high and weighs about 20 pounds. With it’s fully illustrated quick set up guide, the telescope is easy to assemble, and the package includes an erect image prism, high and low power eyepieces, and astronomy software for your PC.

Refractors are known for their crisp, high contrast views of the Moon and planets and the Astromaster 90 delivers sharp views right out of the box. The low power 20mm eyepiece (50X magnification) nicely frames the moon, while the high power 10mm eyepiece (100X magnification) delivers a crisp close up image full of detail. The sharp Achromatic optics of the Astromaster 90AZ show me memorable views night after night. On a moonless night I like the way the 20mm eyepiece frames the ghostly glow of the Orion Nebula. Zooming in with the 10mm eyepiece, I can easily pick out all four stars of the Orion Nebula’s embedded quadruple star the Trapezium.

The AstroMaster 90 AZ also features a newly designed Alt-Azimuth mount and tripod. The tripod comes fully assembled, and the telescope simply clamps into a standard dovetail. This new tripod seems reasonably solid, I had no trouble focusing on the Moon and stars even with the high power eyepiece. An Alt-azimuth mount, of course, is best used at low to medium powers because it does not track the motion of the stars. As soon as you get the Moon centered in the eyepiece, it starts drifting toward the edge-this is caused by rotation of the Earth. Celestial objects will stay in the low power field of view for three or four minutes, but with a high power eyepiece they may disappear in a minute or less.

Celestron’s AstroMaster 90 AZ is one entry level telescope that offers great views during the daytime as well as at night. The sharp optics produce a right side up image, the mount is easy to use, and the included planetarium software helps you find planets in the night sky. --Jeff Phillips

Pros:

  • Crisp clear views both day and night
  • Rugged refractor design
  • Quick and easy no-tool set up
  • Erect image prism and two eyepieces included
Cons:
  • Alt-Azimuth mount doesn’t track stars and planets
  • Star pointer not so easy to use

Orion SkyQuest XT4.5 Classic Dobsonian Telescope Overview

Without spending a fortune you can get a telescope that will not only satisfy the kids, but the kid in you! Our SkyQuest XT4.5 is a quality telescope, with point-and-view simplicity that makes it easy to use and makes stargazing fun! The optical performance is far and away better than flimsy department store models. Its 4.5" (114mm) mirror, housed in an enameled steel tube, gathers 260% more starlight than a 60mm refractor. More light means you can see a lot more celestial objects in greater detail. In a review of low-cost beginner telescopes, Sky and Telescope (12/05) proclaimed the XT4.5 "The best of the bunch - a solid combination of optics and mechanics." Try it and see for yourself!

Orion SkyQuest XT4.5 Classic Dobsonian Telescope Review

Orion SkyQuest XT4.5 Classic Dobsonian Telescope Feature

  • 114mm aperture and 910mm focal length for views of lunar craters, planets, nebulas, and galaxies
  • Sturdy Dobsonian mount and handy grip knob allow for effortless maneuvering
  • Includes 2 eyepieces, finder scope, focuser, and FREE Starry Night astronomy software
  • One-year limited warranty

Orion SkyQuest XT4.5 Classic Dobsonian Telescope Specifications

Amazon.com Review Orion’s Skyquest XT4.5 is the smallest in their Dobsonian line of telescopes that includes the B00020WZB0 XT6 , XT8 , and XT10. Newcomers to the hobby are always surprised at how large amateur telescopes are, but to experienced observers, this XT4.5 is considered a very small scope. Tiny, in fact (It’s so small, astronomers are buying them just because they think they're so cute). Make no mistake, though--the XT4.5 is a full-fledged telescope, and is a serious observing tool that could last you for years.

Your money buys you a lot in this case. Included are a good-quality 4.5" f/8 primary mirror, two eyepieces, a finder, and a CD-ROM with a stripped-down version of The Sky, a software guide to the sky. The scope comes in two cartons. One contains the optical tube, and the other is a flat-packed box containing the base, which you assemble yourself. Orion includes all the hardware and tools you need, and the instructions are well written. Allocate about 30 minutes to assemble and align everything.

See a detailed view of
the XT4.5's features
There are a couple of cost-cutting measures. The primary mirror is spherical, not parabolic (this is not likely to affect the views, however). Also, the focuser is plastic. While I’ve never seen one break, plastic focusers are by nature less robust than metal ones. Finally (and this may be the most serious concern of all), the scope is a little short for an adult. The eyepiece is only 3 feet off the ground, which may force you to stoop over (hint: try sitting on a short chair or stool while observing). On the other hand, the height is ideal for a child, and as a result, I heartily recommend this telescope for children.

Under the stars, the XT4.5 exhibits excellent performance. Once properly collimated (aligned), the optics give clear, sharp, contrasty views. I’ve spent enjoyable nights using these telescopes, both as a teaching tool and by myself. Jupiter’s cloud band and four moons are no problem to see, nor are Saturn’s rings. The Orion Nebula is a glowing fan of green gas, with a quartet of tiny stars at its core. Under dark skies (and with some diligence) the XT4.5 can even pull in some of the fainter deep sky objects, like the brighter galaxies in the Virgo Cluster.

Despite the fact that I have a garage full of expensive telescopes, I never feel compromised with any of Orion’s XT scopes. As recently as a few years ago, the old adage regarding telescopes was that you must spend at least 0 to avoid buying junk. While this is still mostly true, Orion’s little XT4.5 breaks the price barrier in a big way. As long as you can deal with the short eyepiece height, it’s a great starter scope.

Pros:

  • Very good optical and mechanical performance
  • Fully accessorized
  • Great value
Cons
  • Short eyepiece height
  • Plastic focuser

Check Out Celestron 31042 AstroMaster 114 EQ Reflector Telescope for $199.95

Celestron 31042 AstroMaster 114 EQ Reflector Telescope Review

Celestron 31042 AstroMaster 114 EQ Reflector Telescope Feature

  • Perfect for beginning astronomers of all ages
  • Erect Image Optics - Ideal for observing land or astronomy objects
  • Rugged pre-assembled tripod with 1.25 inch steel tube legs
  • Permanently mounted StarPointer
  • German Equatorial Mount with Setting Circles - to accurately locate and track sky objects

Celestron 31042 AstroMaster 114 EQ Reflector Telescope Overview

If you're looking for a dual-purpose telescope appropriate for both terrestrial and celestial viewing, then the AstroMaster Series is for you. Each AstroMaster model is capable of giving correct views of land and sky. The AstroMaster Series produce bright, clear images of the Moon and planets. It is easy to see the moons of Jupiter and the rings of Saturn with every one of these fine instruments. For views of the brighter deep space objects like galaxies and nebulae, we recommend the larger aperture and light gathering ability of the Newtonian reflectors.

Celestron 31042 AstroMaster 114 EQ Reflector Telescope Specifications

B000MLL6R8 Celestron’s AstroMaster 114 EQ reflector telescope offers more than three times the light gathering power of 60mm beginner scopes in a system that is compact yet powerful. The package includes a new version of Celestron’s CG-2 equatorial mount with a rugged steel tripod. Two eyepieces are included, the 20mm eyepiece is an erect-image design with 50x magnification and the 10mm eyepiece produces 100x magnification. The AstroMaster 114 EQ also features a built-in red dot finder, fully illustrated instructions, and easy no-tool setup. The package even provides a student version of “The Sky” astronomy software to help you find stars and planets.

The AstroMaster 114 is a modified Newtonian design. Using a short focal length primary mirror and built in corrector lens, the AstroMaster 114 has an effective focal length of 40 inches (1000mm) in a tube only 18 inches long. Both eyepieces provide images that are pleasingly sharp. The 20mm eyepiece (50x magnification) nicely frames the Moon, and daylight images are sharp with plenty of contrast. The 10mm eyepiece (100x magnification) does a nice job zooming in on lunar craters or on the planets. With the 10mm eyepiece or with my own 6mm eyepiece (166x) I can clearly focus in on Saturn’s rings and pick up details like the shadow cast by the rings on the planet.

I also like the solid design of Celestron’s new CG-2 equatorial mount. With the help of Celestron’s fully illustrated quick set-up guide it took only a few minutes to assemble the equatorial mount and clamp the optical tube in place. The whole telescope is compact enough to carry outside in one trip. Aligning the telescope is a simple matter of pointing the equatorial axis at Polaris, the North Star. Then I can track the motion of stars and planets by simply turning one slow motion knob. The AstroMaster 114 EQ seems quite stable on its CG-2 mount, a little wobble while focusing damps out quickly as soon as I let go of the focus knob.

With good optics, a solid mount, two eyepieces, and fully illustrated instructions, the AstroMaster 114 EQ reflector telescope is a very good introductory telescope. The one feature that is not so easy to use is the built in star pointer, which is best suited only for finding bright objects like the Moon and planets. I can overcome the narrow field of view somewhat by using an optional 32mm plossl eyepiece while looking for deep space objects because its wider field of view makes stars and planets easier to locate. --Jeff Phillips

ALIENS ANSWERED THE ARECIBO MESSAGE MAKING CROP CIRCLES

ALIENS ANSWERED THE ARECIBO MESSAGE MAKING CROP CIRCLES Tube. Duration : 7.33 Mins.

In August 2001 two new crop formations were reported near Chilbolton radio telescope in Hampshire, UK. Both were very impressive looking and consisted of a large number of small 'pixels', which when viewed from the air formed a recognisable shape - unlike many other crop formations. One represented a "human face" and the other resembled AN ANSWER to the Arecibo message. A radio transmission that SETI (the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence), sent from the Arecibo radio telescope in 1974 Then one year later, in August 2002, another impressive formation was discovered just to the west of Winchester (only about 8½ miles to the southeast of the Chilbolton formations). An "alien face" with a circular grid containing a coded message. When the code is broken, it reads: "Beware the bearers of false gifts & their broken promises. Much pain but still time. There is good out there. We oppose deception. Conduit closing." Are these circles genuine? We cant know for sure, since no one investigated them to see if there were significant crop/soil anomalies. But they do seem very sophisticated.

What Are the Best Fly Fishing Nets?

Most fly fishermen understand the point of having the literal, fly fishing nets, but if you are a beginner here are a few tips on choosing the literal, nets.

1: The first thing you should do if you are looking for your first net is to think of the size of fish you are going to be catching, you could ask an experienced fisherman who has fished the same venue what the average size is you could expect to catch.

    Telescope

2: You should also rule wether you are going boat or fishing of the river bank, this determines how long the handle should be to make your landing of your catch easier. One basic rule is that if you intend to go out of a boat then you should use nets with extendable handles, or a net with a longer handle than appropriate to help you reach without over stretching.

3: The short handle nets are ideal for wading, float tube, and some bank fishing situations where the bank is not too steep. I like the nets with the telescopic type handle, this allows me to cover both types of situations with just the one net.

4: all the time try to make sure you buy a net that is described as fish friendly, these types of net are designed with rubber bags or knot less mesh to help safe the fish while it is in the net. This is an prominent factor to consider when using catch and publish methods, as you want to return the fish to the water with the least amount of harm to the mucus as possible.

5: Most fishing nets come with an attachment fixed to them so you can fasten it to the ring on the back of your fishing vest, this makes transportation of the net very comfortable and easy to reach when you need it to land a fish. By considering these tips on fly fishing nets, we hope we have helped you to make an informed decision on which nets are best for your fishing situation.

NIBIRU AND NWO AGENDA: What the space agencies are hidding from us???

NIBIRU AND NWO AGENDA: What the space agencies are hidding from us??? Tube. Duration : 5.50 Mins.

This video is not intended to corroborate predictions, channeling and general esoteric speculation. Neither intends to setting directions or jumping to conclusions about this delicate issue for mankind. The point here is to gather as much credible information about the existence of Nibiru. Despite of the load of fake pics, misinformation, misinterpretation of ancient calendars, mystic false flags and mainly, the lies of scientific authorities, I tried to put some reasonable data, based on translations of Zecharia Sitchin, in researches of the "off-the-box" scientists and images provided by SOHO spacecraft and Hubble. The fact is that we're blind in regard to this matter. The video isn't conclusive, but shows where to dig in to find reliable and solid material. Sources: www.abovetopsecret.com www.nasa.gov chandra.harvard.edu www.darkstar1.co.uk www.greatdreams.com www.nasaimages.org pakalert.wordpress.com Also I have some space coordinates, provided by people that "had found Nibiru". They can be used with Google Earth or Microsoft WorldWide Telescope. Some of them you must switch the overlay to IR mode. I've found none satisfactory image on them, however have fun. Things to consider When choosing Wall Mounted Kitchen Faucets

The layout of your kitchen is regularly very important. This includes all from where you put your stove and your refrigerator to how much counter space you have to what type of kitchen faucet you have. Wall mounted kitchen faucets are one of the options you might want to consider.

One of the first things you need to think about when selecting a new faucet is the type of sink that you currently have. If you want to get a faucet that is mounted on the wall, you will want to have a sink that doesn't have holes for the faucet. Those who have a different type of sink will need to get a new sink as well as a new faucet.

    Telescope

Next you'll have to determine what type of faucet you would like. You can get a faucet that requires three holes in the wall, one for the knob that controls the estimate of hot water, one for the knob that controls the cold water, and one for the faucet itself, or you can get one that only requires one hole in the wall since it has a lever attached to the faucet that controls both the climatic characteristic and the estimate of water that comes out of the faucet.

You will also want to determine the style that would suit your kitchen the best. If the faucet comes out of the wall rather than the sink it will give more of a vintage look to your kitchen. Look at the options available from such clubs as American Standard, Lowes, Kingston Brass, Ikea, Hans Grohe, Kohler, and Moen to get a good idea of the style you prefer. You will need to choose the material that you would like your faucet to be made out of, for example oil rubbed bronze, as well as any special features you would like, along with nozzles with spray or telescoping features.

Of course price will also be a consideration, so you should determine your budget before you begin finding so that you will be less tempted to spend more than you can afford. You might find that you need to get a different style of faucet or one made out of a different material in order to get wall mounted kitchen faucets that will fit within your budget.
